Ex Manchester United Player Luke Steele Hires Limos
Luke Steele former Manchester United player now currently playing for Barnsley Fc, travelled with Midlands Limos on Saturday night from Barnsley to the city of Manchester. The company were delighted to chauffeur the ex Manchester united and England u18 international with his friends to the city in a Range Rover Sport limousine.
Luke Steele now 26 years of age and started his career at Peterborough United until in 2002 he was snapped up by none other than Sir Alex Ferguson for a transfer fee of £500,000; in 2002-03 Steele was in the goal for Manchester United’s FA Youth cup Triumph.
He was then loaned out to Coventry City to gain experience in the 2004-05 season and later returned back to Manchester United for the 05-06 season, he was then only 21 and was the third choice keeper to none other than Edwin Van Der Sar and Tim Howard now at Everton, two of the finest goal keepers in the Premier League. Steele was then loaned out to West Brom Albion and Coventry City where he made 34 appearances.
Steele then made the move over to Yorkshire where he was loaned out to Barnsley but joined the club on a full time basis further in 2008, Steele has made some big appearances for the club including the quarter final game against Chelsea where he helped keep Barnsley a 1-0 win, he then played at Wembley where Barnsley eventually lost 1-0 to Cardiff. He has made over 62 appearances now for Barnsley.
