Lamborghini release the world’s most expensive supercar
Lamborghini have overtaken the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport by producing a new supercar which costs £1.77 million however at the moment the Lamborghini can’t be driven legally on roads however there are plans to try and get Lamborghini on the road as it is thought some people will not want to pay £1.77 million if the car can’t be used on the roads.
The Lamborghini Sesto Elemento has a top speed of 200mph and can reach 0-60 in just 2.5 seconds, but be sure this speed doesn’t come with a cheap price tag. Lamborghini has had to dispense with normal measures when building this car which meant it didn’t meet the required standards to be driven on the public roads. The Bugatti Veyron Super Sport was world record holder for the supercar region however Lamborghini have now beaten that to make the Elemento the quickest car in the world.
So as it seems as the moment the worlds new most expensive car will be forever driven on private racing tracks and roads, however if you are looking for a pricey toy the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento will be just up your street. The Lamborghini has a huge 5.2 litre V10 engine and a sleek carbon fibre body which weighs less than a tonne; it is no surprise that the Lamborghini Elemento can reach these speeds within 2.5 seconds.
The new Lamborghini has been revealed as a concept car at the Paris Motor Show last year and now the luxury Italian car maker has decided to go ahead and build 20 of these state of the art Lamborghini.
