Luxury Car Maker Bristol Cars Revived

Bristol Cars which went down under some time back have found some new owners to take over Bristol Cars. The company was put into administration this year in March and a spokesperson has confirmed that the buyer for Bristol Cars will be Kamkorp Autokraft which is part of the Frazer-Nash group. Although there were a number of people and companies interested in taking over the Bristol Car business, Kamkorp Autokraft was successful and bought the company from the administrators for an undisclosed amount.

The British car manufacturers had been making cars from its Filton plant since the early 1940’s and the Bristol car company was somewhat like a modern day Porsche, they was renowned all over the world for making hand made vehicles which were popular for the rich and famous all over the world. As every car was handmade in the UK, the brand remained very exclusive with only 9,000 Bristol cars being created in its 64 year history.

It is now believed the new owners of the English based company are going to showcase its improvements over the years by having technology such as hybrid and electric powered devices which will improve battery life for hybrid and electric vehicles also. New plans for Bristol Cars are being kept under wrap at the moment but it is believed that the new plans will come official sooner, rather than later.

The new owners of Bristol Cars say they will start to unveil their plans for the company within the coming months.
