My friend and I booked two limos to take our children and friends from their school in Ravenshead to Pizza Hut and Frankie and Benny’s respectively and both of us were extremely pleased with the service provided. The drivers were courteous, well mannered, impeccably dressed and very tolerant. The limos were superb – clean and luxurious. I will gladly recommend your company to others and would definitely rebook with you should I ever be lucky enough to have that opportunity.

I have to say i was more than impressed with the quality of limo and also the excellent driver that was sent with it. Not only did he give the lads time to have pictures inside and outside of the car he allowed them to explore inside before they set off for the journey. We as parents went to view them getting out of the limo at their school and as we were walking to the venue the limo drove past, because they would arrive before us the driver took them for a drive around the village so that we all arrived at the same time. The attention to detail was amazing and his thoughtfulness made the evening extra special. The driver's time keeping was perfect. He arived to pick us up on time. He dropped us off at our destination on time. He was there again ready to take us home again on time. He was professional, polite and very helpful. He took a few really nice photos for us too.
The car itself although it was exactly what I ordered it was much better than I expected. Very clean inside and out.

I recently used your service for my sisters 21st birthday, due to unforseen circumstances (snow) the limo had to be cancelled.
I would like to commend the nature of which the person I dealt with the whole way through right from the booking up to the notification of cancelation. I was dealt with in both a pesonal and professional manner. With regards to the booking which i did leave until very close to the event the gent of which i dealt with was very helful and informative, polite and tailored the service and times to my requirements contacting me back numerous times. On the day of the event I was called 4 times checking what the weather was like at the destinations side and how it was in Mansfield which reassured me that Midland Limos 'is the limo company' to use. As you can imagine both myself and sister were disappointed because of the cancellation but in business it is how you deal with the bad things happening and it was dealt with in the very best way from your collegue he was both sensitive and also appologetic, i believe he need to be commended in the way he dealt with this.
I work in a busy bar in the centre of Nottingham accross the road from the bus to the airport- SkyLink on Friar Lane so as you can imagine we get a big amount of trade at weekends from Stag and Hen Parties and I will from now on recommend without any hesitancy your company.
To sum up Midland Limos: A professional, friendly company which i will recomend to people due to the great customer service which was provided. Thankyou again and you will hear from me again may be in february as it is my other sisters 18th, hopefully the snow will be gone by then.
